Don't be afraid... it is only the new flash that is on its way. 

(Doing a happy dance... thankfully you cannot see it.)

Also, a new flash memory card- 32 GB & another battery (you can never have too many batteries!) is on the way.

I think for the most part I am done purchasing things for this camera... maybe a vertical grip.  But... I think I am done.  Next (after saving oodles & doodles of money) will be a big purchase of the Sony a900.  Yeah, I said Sony... not Nikon or Cannon.  I guess I am an endangered species because you don't see many photographers using Sony.
